De functie
Lead and execute data science and agentic AI initiatives to support risk and compliance goals, delivering measurable business impact.
Design, implement and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, indicators, and actionable insights; collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into solutions.
Ensure data quality and governance through regular audits, validation, and robust methodological practices.
Mentor and develop junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality code and deliverables.
Required: 5+ years of experience with Python and SQL; fintech/payments domain knowledge (credit risk, compliance, underwriting a plus); experience as a solution architect for agentic AI projects is a plus.
