De functie
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable ETL pipelines and data platforms handling multi-petabyte data with near real-time insights.
Individually design and implement resilient automation data frameworks to enable reusable, reliable data processing.
Coordinate and drive data pipeline development across multiple engineers, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Lead requirement gathering, design, and development of complex datasets with cross-functional stakeholders.
Mentor teammates across the data maturity lifecycle and promote best practices in data engineering.
Collaborate with global teams (AMER, APAC) to optimize architecture, performance, and cost, leveraging Spark, Trino, Hive, and Airflow in cloud environments.
