The role
Handle a heavy, high-volume caseload across pre-litigation and litigation stages, from case evaluation to trial.
Manage pre-litigation tasks, file pleadings, draft discovery requests and responses, and prepare memoranda of law.
Lead plaintiff clients through the case process and collaborate with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits.
Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances as needed.
Develop strong advocacy through effective writing and oral argument, and maintain excellent client service and communication.
Requires a Juris Doctor, active NC bar admission, and 3+ years of personal injury or premises liability experience; ability to manage a high volume of cases.
