The role
Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from pre-suit evaluation through trial and post-trial matters.
Draft, file, and argue motions; conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and treating physicians.
Develop and execute trial strategy, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and jury selection support.
Appear in court regularly for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and trials; participate in negotiations with authority.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding litigation status, risks, and expectations; evaluate cases for settlement versus trial exposure.
Maintain accurate, organized case documentation using firm case management systems; collaborate with pre-suit attorneys and support staff; comply with ethics and professional standards.
