The role
Texas-based, on-site role handling high-stakes catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from day one.
Develop liability and damages strategies and collaborate with top experts to build jury-ready cases.
Draft and argue key motions, and prepare cases for mediation and trial.
Serve as first or second chair at trial based on experience, with a focus on direct courtroom impact.
Ideal candidates have 5-10+ years of meaningful litigation, strong writing, and a relentless commitment to thorough preparation.
Plaintiff or defense background is welcome; a demonstrated appetite for courtroom advocacy and growth as a trial lawyer is required.
