The role
Represent clients in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
Prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
Draft and argue pre- and post-trial motions with strong advocacy.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to manage calendars and deadlines.
Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business units and coordinate across legal teams.
Monitor evolving laws, regulations, and case law to keep strategies current and compliant.
