The role
Plan and optimize production systems to boost productivity and profitability through systematic continuous improvement.
Analyze the production process and value stream to ensure efficient, data-driven operations.
Create and maintain IE master data (routing, BOM, and work centers) to support manufacturing execution.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across the value stream for process improvements, change management, and product launches.
Evaluate production KPIs (e.g., OEE, TEEP) to guide decision-making and ongoing optimization.
Perform product cost calculations, and plan capacity and investments while applying time and motion studies (MTM/REFA).
