The role
Lead electroplating operations on metal parts, ensuring coatings meet specifications and quality standards.
Monitor plating solutions and chemicals, adjusting parameters to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct tests and inspections to verify coating quality and durability.
Maintain detailed records of all plating processes, solutions, and testing results.
Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field, laboratory and metal plating experience, proficiency in chemical analysis techniques, ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and a strong understanding of plating chemistry.
