The role
Lead the development of generative models that capture dynamic human traits, goals, and preferences across contexts such as consumer behavior and product design.
Design and implement fine-tuning pipelines for modern ML architectures using synthetic and human-labeled behavior datasets (SFT, RLHF).
Integrate human-in-the-loop feedback for model calibration and bias correction to ensure robust and responsible outputs.
Collaborate across an interdisciplinary team and tailor work for business use cases in product development.
Advance computational theories of human behavior, validate them empirically, and publish in top-tier venues.
Leverage multimodal and physiological/brain-imaging data to enrich models and guide decision-making.
