The role
Provide administrative and client services support to the account team and assigned group of accounts.
Maintain technical competence and industry knowledge to support policy management, renewals, and underwriting information.
Assist in directing day-to-day workflow of support staff and ensure timely processing of tasks.
Handle policy administration, billing, claims, coverage analysis, contract review, and renewal submissions.
Prepare and analyze loss runs, negotiate coverages and pricing, bind coverage, and follow up for policy issuance.
Monitor accounts receivable, maintain data accuracy in agency management systems, and communicate workload status with the team.
