The role
Assist in origination, structuring, and execution of fund finance transactions, including fund-level subscription financing, fund-level hybrid financing, NAV financing, and GP financing.
Support portfolio management and governance of the global Fund Finance book, with ongoing monitoring against guidelines.
Prepare financial models, credit memos, and required documentation to support contemplated transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, NAV oversight, and review loan reports and financial statements.
Develop and maintain client relationships, collaborate with legal teams, and contribute to cross-selling across product lines.
Assist in developing new products and structures to meet client needs and market trends, while maintaining governance and reporting standards.
