The role
Grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between client needs and agency operations.
Conduct policy reviews, explain products, and recommend appropriate coverage to both new and existing clients.
Own the resolution of complex customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Proactively market relevant insurance and financial services to cold and warm leads.
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset to meet targets and expand the book of business.
