The role
Lead full-cycle recruitment for highly technical Data Science and Analytics roles, from needs identification to offer negotiations.
Partner with business leaders to translate departmental objectives into proactive, scalable hiring strategies.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion across all hiring practices.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation to maintain compliance and operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Leverage advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract top talent, with emphasis on broadening diverse pipelines.
Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and employer branding, while continuously improving processes for global hiring.
