Lead the end-to-end development of NLP and transformer-based models for financial surveillance and regulatory compliance. Analyze large-scale unstructured data from emails, chats, voice transcripts, and trade communications to uncover misconduct, market abuse, and MNPI exposure. Design, train, and deploy machine learning solutions, driving governance, documentation, and explainability aligned with internal and regulatory AI standards. Mentor junior data scientists, oversee data annotation and exploratory data analysis, and provide technical guidance to product teams and clients.
