The role
Own the ML platform engineering: deliver scalable components for feature engineering, training, and serving ML models at high performance.
Build and optimize low-latency streaming pipelines to ensure ML models receive fresh, high-quality data.
Architect and operate high-availability distributed training jobs and online inference services, including LLMs.
Create tooling for data quality observability to detect degradations that impact model performance.
Mentor junior engineers, raise engineering standards, and deliver a seamless experience for ML teams.
Collaborate across teams to translate ML engineers’ needs into robust platform capabilities and best practices in distributed systems.
