The role
Own and build dashboards and data sources that empower self-serve insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Establish a consistent insights cadence to surface what matters and drive day-to-day decisions.
Own metric quality and definitions, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure reliability and clear instrumentation.
Translate fuzzy business questions into crisp analyses, data pulls, recommendations, and follow-through with end-to-end ownership.
Demonstrate advanced SQL skills and design dashboards using BI tools that are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus capabilities include Python for analysis, data automation, and familiarity with modern data stack concepts and fintech domains.
