The role
Lead Travel & Hospitality transformation programs, focusing on guest experience, loyalty, reservations, and revenue management, while engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Drive business development and pre-sales efforts, shaping proposals, SOWs, and transformation roadmaps tied to guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Provide travel and hospitality domain expertise and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs spanning digital guest experience, loyalty, operations, and platform modernization.
Oversee complex, multi-workstream engagements, owning requirements, solution design, and delivery governance across onshore and offshore teams.
Develop industry go-to-market assets, thought leadership, white papers, and client materials to strengthen market positioning.
Build and mentor consulting teams, scale capabilities, and drive consistent delivery quality and expanded client opportunities.
