The role
Deliver electrical engineering support to optimize processes, safety, and reliability in an industrial environment.
Develop programs and specifications to implement new electrical systems and process improvements.
Manage electrical projects from concept through design, procurement, commissioning, and project closure.
Assist production and maintenance with equipment and process issues, applying troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Lead and participate in cross-disciplinary process improvements, coaching colleagues, and driving waste reduction.
Contribute to reliability initiatives and monitor processes to maintain control and meet performance targets.
