The role
Join a growing civil engineering team to support transportation design, land development, and local government projects across Wisconsin.
Apply civil engineering knowledge to complete project tasks under senior staff guidance while delivering high-quality, compliant work.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, maintain clear, professional communication, and uphold internal quality control standards.
Qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering; 0–3 years of experience; Engineer In Training (EIT) preferred or commitment to obtain; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and site inspections.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to project sites, meetings, and conferences, with occasional out-of-town travel.
This role offers ongoing technical and leadership training, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture across multiple Wisconsin offices.
