The role
Lead the analytics strategy for the core product experience, focusing on engagement, retention, and long-term value.
Oversee a small team of data scientists across Desktop & Apps, Platforms, AI & Personalization, guiding both strategy and execution.
Drive hands-on analyses in Python and SQL, design robust experiments, and implement causal inference and cohort models.
Develop scalable reporting and self-serve analytics tools; partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive decisions.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and product teams.
Foster a culture of analytical rigor, storytelling, and collaboration while setting technical standards for the analytics organization.
