The role
Draft, review, and negotiate a full spectrum of commercial contracts, including vendor, customer, and third-party service agreements.
Provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic goals.
Conduct legal research and prepare documentation on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to assess impact on business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support risk management and ensure legal compliance.
