In-house corporate counsel focused on reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple entities.
Identify legal risks and provide practical guidance to leadership before contract execution.
Leverage AI-assisted contract review tools to streamline analysis and standardize processes.
Develop standardized riders, indemnification provisions, insurance terms, and protective language.
Provide legal guidance on operational matters and coordinate with outside counsel for complex matters.
Train internal teams on key contract provisions and risk awareness to strengthen internal processes.
