The role
Lead a cross-functional team to design, optimize, and scale end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and growth.
Perform advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, and throughput optimization to drive data-driven improvements.
Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify waste and implement impactful improvements.
Create and maintain simulation, flow, and capacity models, plus cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for investments.
Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, assembly feasibility, and NPI industrialization; lead Kaizen events and KPI development to sustain continuous improvement.
