The role
This is a contract, part-time paralegal role supporting a fast-paced family law litigation practice.
The ideal candidate works autonomously with minimal attorney direction and owns drafting, discovery, and case management tasks.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery requests and responses, and managing case calendars and deadlines.
A strong candidate will have current Texas family law litigation experience and be comfortable working in a remote, self-directed environment.
This 1099/contract position begins at 15–25 hours per week and requires professionalism and strong organizational skills.
This is not an entry-level or training role; professional, proactive paralegals who value clear expectations thrive in this role.
