The role
The Lead Care Promoter is a hybrid role blending hands-on patient care with day-to-day center operations.
You will support primary care providers, manage scheduling, patient wait times, and ensure efficient, high-quality service focused on CMAP and HEDIS measures.
Supervise and train Care Promoters and other staff, contributing to performance reviews and corrective actions.
Prepare patients for exams, perform routine screening tests, assist physicians, and explain procedures and physicians' instructions.
Handle patient communications, relay information to physicians, and process prescriptions with authorized systems.
Oversee center quality activities, participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives, and maintain confidentiality.
