The role
As a Senior Data Analyst in Strategy and Operations, you will blend deep data insights with business context to drive customer success and operational efficiency.
You will support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses, forecasting, and business reviews, and develop robust metrics and dashboards.
Own leading indicators, data instrumentation, ETL flow, and metric definitions to ensure accurate, scalable, and auditable analytics.
Collaborate across Product, Sales, and CS to translate data into actionable insights and compelling storytelling.
Perform root-cause analyses, tackle cross-functional issues, and enable cross-functional programs to improve productivity.
Build commercial models (ROI, LTV), forecast trends, and promote data integrity across internal systems in a fast-paced environment.
