The role
Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights to support Customer Success strategy and operations.
Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and forecasting models to monitor health and inform decisions.
Conduct root-cause analyses and respond to business requests to drive cross-functional improvements.
Build and validate commercial models (ROI, LTV) and scenario forecasts to guide near-term actions.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure data integrity and scalable analytics assets.
Communicate findings effectively, advocate for data-driven decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
