The role
Partner with the Developer Experience team to boost software engineers' productivity through statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
Develop and maintain models focused on employee outcomes such as attrition and performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Design analytics solutions that surface key insights, forecast future outcomes, and guide investments in developer experience and operations.
Work with Data Engineers to identify and ingest new big data sources, translating data into predictive features using SQL, Snowflake, and related tooling.
Experiment with Large Language Models to augment analytics, supporting deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and impact.
