The role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to complex medical patients on a 24-bed ICU step-down unit.
Perform thorough patient assessments, prioritize care, and respond promptly to clinical changes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Apply advanced nursing skills for conditions such as stroke, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell disease, liver failure, and substance withdrawal.
Maintain licensure and certifications (ASN, BSN preferred; Indiana RN license; BLS; ALS as required).
Benefit from a supportive work environment with sign-on bonuses and shift differentials across day and night shifts.
