The role
Provide compassionate nursing care in school-based settings, including 1:1 student care and field trip coverage.
Assess health needs, respond to emergencies, and assist with diagnostic tests.
Develop and modify individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
Educate students and families on health management and promote wellness.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with reporting guidelines.
Work in Nassau & Suffolk Counties on Long Island with flexible schedules and competitive pay.
