The role
Provide direct nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities across OPWDD-certified residential and community settings in NYC.
Supervise unlicensed direct care staff delivering nursing services under RN guidance to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Create and maintain individualized nursing care plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
Train and evaluate staff performance to uphold high standards of care and ensure accurate documentation.
Be available on-site or by phone for consultation, assessment, and problem-solving as needed.
Requires NYS RN license with a minimum of 2 years of OMRDD/OPWDD or developmental disabilities experience and flexibility for morning/evening shifts.
