The role
Provide direct patient care within the ambulatory surgery center using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
Requires prior experience in PACU, ICU, Cath Lab, or Emergency settings, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Participate in safe, ethical care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; supervise and delegate tasks as appropriate.
Manage and evaluate patient care plans, prioritize interventions, and monitor outcomes with emphasis on safety.
Schedule: per diem, day shifts, minimum two shifts per month; no weekends or holidays.
Licensure and certifications: active NJ RN license (or compact with NJ endorsement), BLS, ACLS, PALS; BSN preferred.
