The role
As a Staff Data Scientist focused on GTM initiatives, you partner with sales and solutions to translate business questions into analytical workstreams.
You will develop key product success metrics, set targets, measure outcomes, and size opportunities for impact.
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, driving data collection and the refinement of data sources.
Collaborate with product researchers to form a holistic understanding of customers, products, and business dynamics.
Influence GTM strategy through experiments, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research, building actionable models and dashboards.
Tell data-driven stories across R&D and the broader organization, shaping RAD foundations and improving how the team operates.
