The role
Advise project teams on design-build and related projects, selecting contract strategies and terms to balance risk with business goals.
Review RFPs and contracts, perform risk assessments, propose exceptions, and suggest risk mitigation measures.
Draft and review NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts.
Partner with senior leadership and project teams to drive risk strategy and resolve disputes.
Lead conflict-of-interest analysis and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, tax, insurance) and project leaders to provide timely contract guidance and manage multiple projects.
