The role
Lead and direct a team of apprentices to journeymen on electrical projects for industrial and commercial environments.
Oversee safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and related equipment.
Plan layouts, schedule materials, tools, and personnel to meet scope, budget, and construction timelines.
Manage on-site activities, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Review project documents, plans, specs, and provide field support, problem solving, and close-out activities.
Conduct performance evaluations, mentor staff, and collaborate with management and support teams to deliver successful projects.
