The role
Lead, mentor, and supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on job sites.
Oversee installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems while ensuring quality and NEC/local code compliance.
Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and job-site demands, and communicate plans to supervision.
Independently measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduit; install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, and panel boards.
Read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics; lay out work from electrical drawings, including underground layouts.
Troubleshoot lighting and general power circuits and support the team with scheduling, safety, and customer satisfaction goals.
