The role
Lead and mentor a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians on commercial and industrial projects.
Install, alter, and repair electrical systems, conductors, devices, panels, and feeders while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics; lay out work and determine sizing for wire, conduit, and boxes.
Develop manpower and material lists; coordinate scheduling to meet production and budget goals.
Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits; ensure work complies with NEC and local codes; collaborate with other trades.
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with willingness to train others and work overtime as needed.
