The role
Lead, mentor, and supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians on commercial and industrial projects.
Install, alter, and repair electrical systems, conduit, devices, and panels while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; lay out work from drawings, including underground layouts.
Develop material lists, plan manpower, and communicate schedules to supervision to meet production and budget goals.
Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes; troubleshoot lighting and power circuits on site.
Utilize BlueBeam and Navisworks to review project plans; maintain safety and customer focus while leading by example.
