The role
Lead and supervise field electricians, apprentices, and laborers on public works electrical installations.
Perform and oversee electrical work per blueprints, specifications, and project timelines with no shortcuts.
Enforce safety standards, conduct daily huddles, and ensure OSHA compliance at all sites.
Read NEC and local codes, inspect work for quality and code compliance, and maintain accurate daily reports.
Mentor crew members, develop future leaders, and coordinate with project managers to maintain momentum.
Must hold a California State General Electrician License and be willing to travel across California on a full-time, on-site basis.
