The role
Lead/Staff Data Scientist role focused on building predictive models and recommender systems to drive personalized marketing and customer experience.
Own end-to-end model lifecycle from ideation and data exploration to validation, deployment, and production monitoring.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable modeling solutions.
Develop advanced techniques such as propensity and uplift modeling, next-best recommendations, and customer lifetime value on large-scale cloud datasets.
Establish robust feature engineering, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and production-ready pipelines for ongoing impact.
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership, guiding projects with minimal supervision and presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
