The role
Lead/Staff Data Scientist focused on marketing data science to build predictive models and recommender systems for personalized customer experiences.
Own end-to-end model development lifecycle from ideation, data exploration, algorithm design, validation, to production deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical specifications and data pipelines.
Translate insights into actionable business recommendations with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive innovation in SaaS advertising and CRM contexts, exploring new modeling techniques and evaluating ROI.
Lead projects with minimal supervision, manage stakeholder expectations, and shape future data science roadmaps.
