The role
Lead the design and operations of end-to-end ML pipelines at scale, emphasizing robust architectures, governance, testing standards, and incident response for production systems.
Define and drive the technical ML strategy, ensuring infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation with model monitoring and drift detection.
Build and optimize ML solutions for marketing use cases, delivering measurable impact on marketing performance and customer value.
Establish and enforce engineering standards for deployment, testing, version control, and code quality; implement monitoring for model performance and data quality.
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Management teams to deliver scalable ML solutions and mentor junior engineers in ML and MLOps principles.
Spearhead cost-aware model development and automate training workflows while maintaining data security and governance.
