The role
You will lead analytics and data products for R&D Operations, transforming complex data into trustworthy, actionable insights.
Design and maintain dashboards and datasets using SQL, Python, and leading visualization tools to support 1,500+ engineers, PMs, and UX designers.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and User Research to define metrics, signals, and wireframe reports.
Lead enablement sessions, translate technical requirements for upstream teams, and partner with data providers to improve data quality and availability.
Build and govern data assets from diverse sources (clickstream, NPS, customer feedback) to power in-product motions and strategic decisions.
Document best practices, promote data literacy, and drive cross-functional adoption of data products.
