The role
Line1: Lead a Technical Operations analytics team responsible for financial partner integrations, reconciliation, and data reliability at scale.
Line2: Perform hands-on investigations of integration issues with networks, banks, local payment methods, and aggregators.
Line3: Oversee data workflows covering billions of dollars moved through the platform and ensure accurate data delivery to stakeholders.
Line4: Recruit, coach, and develop an in-office Tech Ops Associates team with clear roles and ownership.
Line5: Collaborate with engineering, accounting, financial partnerships, and product teams to optimize processing, mitigate risk, and drive operational speed.
Line6: Define success metrics, establish observability, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
