Capability Leader - DevOps & Observability

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering enablement team across DevOps automation and enterprise observability. Define and execute an enterprise DevOps strategy aligned with cloud, engineering, security, and modernization priorities. Modernize CI/CD and standardize version control, testing, release workflows, IaC, automation, and policy-based guardrails. Own and mature enterprise DevOps and observability platforms (CI/CD, Git, artifact management, IaC, secrets, pipeline security, telemetry). Guide observability strategy with Splunk and Orion to enhance detection, diagnosis, and remediation. Partner with Application, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE, and Security teams to integrate DevOps standards and DevSecOps across the organization.
