Treatment Room Team Leader

Lead the management and delivery of Treatment Room services in the local area. Support standardisation and continuous improvement of leg ulcer care. Provide clinical oversight and supervise the Treatment Room Nurse, managing delegated patients. Ensure training and development needs are met, including Personal Development Plans (PDPs). Lead data collection for audits and quality improvement initiatives and evaluate patient care needs. Collaborate with District Nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective information sharing and continuity of care.
