The role
Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations at a mid-to-large scale distribution centre in the UK.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service levels, efficiency, and cost management.
Ensure health and safety compliance, standardized processes, and continuous improvement programmes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning to align with business priorities.
Drive people engagement, development, and performance through effective communication and coaching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise fulfilment, inventory control, and customer service.
