Building & Construction Project Leader

Lead multi-disciplinary CAPEX construction projects from feasibility through design, delivery, and handover. Manage building services, refurbishment works, and plant replacement while ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop delivery plans, manage risks, and drive CAPEX business cases from approval to close-out. Coordinate external consultants and cross-functional teams; liaise with clients, architects, and design teams. Monitor technical design packages, on-site works, and cost documentation to ensure quality and value. Sustainability experience is required to deliver compliant, eco-friendly outcomes.
