The role
Lead data-driven product strategy for the consumer experience through measurement, experimentation, and causal analyses.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and meta-analyses to maximize learning and optimize outcomes.
Build ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-serve data tools to empower data scientists and cross-functional partners.
Define and monitor team-level KPIs, support quarterly goals, and demonstrate impact with actionable insights.
Engage stakeholders regularly to align on business goals and outcomes, translating complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor junior data scientists and business partners, promoting data literacy and rigorous decision-making.
