The role
Define and drive the ML technical strategy for Home, spanning retrieval, ranking, page composition, layout optimization, and real-time personalization.
Work at the intersection of recommender systems, generative models, and user intent to deliver adaptive and engaging experiences.
Lead hands-on development from prototyping ideas to production-ready systems deployed at global scale.
Provide senior technical leadership across multiple teams, influencing architecture, modeling choices, and long-term investments.
Partner with product, design, and user research to translate UX goals into robust ML systems and drive experimentation and lifecycle management.
Advance contextual, generative, and intent-aware experiences using transformers and sequence models while mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards.
